Continuing Education and Certification Courses

Fascia Release Training

If you’re here, something in your current work likely feels limited. You’re skilled, experienced, and committed—but clients keep cycling through the same pain patterns. You’re modifying constantly, managing symptoms, or watching people plateau despite doing everything “right.” You know pain, mobility, and recovery aren’t just about muscles and joints, and you’re looking for a framework that explains why bodies get stuck—and how to create change that actually lasts.

These trainings are for wellness professionals, coaches, and bodyworkers craving a more precise, effective way to work with the body as a whole. Fascia provides that lens! Understanding how fascia links movement, pain, stress, emotion, and the nervous system is often the missing piece in most standard trainings. These courses will teach you how to assess patterns, apply intentional and targeted fascia release, and work with depth and specificity where it matters—so your sessions stop feeling like short-term management and start creating real, repeatable results for the people you serve.

  • Fascia First is about uncovering the body’s most overlooked system—the fascial system. It's time to retire old models of understanding the body and tap into the system that truly holds our potential to move freely. Once you understand its impact on movement, global health, and even our emotional state, you’ll see healing in a completely new light.

    In this course, you’ll learn:

    • Fascia's biological building blocks and its fascinating, little know functions in the body

    • How healthy vs. unhealthy fascia impacts pain, posture, hormones, mobility, injury, disease and performance

    • Why fascia is key to both physical and emotional resilience

    • Practical methods to restore fascial health for lasting results

Why it’s impactful: Fascia bridges the gap between body and mind, symptoms and root causes, temporary relief and lasting healing.

The Fascia Remedy Practitioner Training Program

Upgrade your practice with cutting edge fascia bodywork! As a Fascia Remedy bodywork practitioner, you'll harness the power of targeted fascia release to heal dysfunction and pain across the fascial, musculoskeletal, and nervous systems. By using your body weight (mainly via the feet) to apply pressure and guiding clients through active movement, you can help create the most ideal environment for the body to heal itself.

This key combination of engaging multiple systems simultaneously and working in the right areas of the fascia to restore balance is what quickly interrupts compensation patterns and unwinds tension for lasting change.

This work can reverse years of chronic pain and stress, put you in touch with your body and its many messages in a powerful new way, and allow you and your clients to move through life with confidence and ease.
