You will need:
A standard high density foam roller. ( I recommend one at least 18 inches long without knobs or bumps.)
A lacrosse ball ( or massage ball of similar size, density, and texture.)
A soft 7 or 8 inch pilates ball. ( I personally love the RAD Centre Ball )
