Foam Rolling That Actually Works

Restoring the health of your fascia is the key to effortless movement, full mobility, and living your life pain-free. All it takes is learning a simple way to use the recovery tools you likely already own, in a new (and much more effective) way.

Fascia will only change quickly under the right conditions. There's a key combination that allows for mobility gains, deep hydration, and pain relief that you won't get from:

❌Rolling back and forth on your roller

❌Stretching

❌Theraguns or tens units

❌Rolling around on a massage ball

When you know how to work with fascia properly, you can relieve pain, improve posture, increase mobility, and feel great in your workouts without having to put in hours of time per week.

Roller Remedy FAQ’S

  • You get LIFETIME ACCESS! There is no hard start and stop. This is your unlimited toolbox for optimizing your movement, recovering quickly, and tackling any aches and pains that may come your way.

  • You will need:

    • A standard high density foam roller. ( I recommend one at least 18 inches long without knobs or bumps.)

    • A lacrosse ball ( or massage ball of similar size, density, and texture.)

    • A soft 7 or 8 inch pilates ball. ( I personally love the RAD Centre Ball )

    • And a few other tools occasionally. You can purchase all the tools I use in my Amazon store)

  • This is actually the perfect time to begin.

Roller Remedy is designed to help address fascia in a way that can support relief, especially when you’re dealing with pain or limitation (because you’ll get great feedback about what specifically is helping you!).

Inside the library, you’ll find targeted programs for common issues like low back pain, shoulder pain, neck tension, plantar fasciitis, and more.

Even with an acute issue, such as a sprained ankle, muscle strain, or a “thrown out” back, this work is still appropriate. One of the key principles you’ll learn is that we’re rarely working directly on the exact spot that hurts. Instead, we focus on the areas contributing to the pattern, which often allows the body to change more comfortably and effectively.

As long as you don’t have a broken bone, a very recent surgery that you haven’t been cleared to exercise yet, or a significant recent impact injury, you can use Roller Remedy. The program emphasizes listening to your body, working within a productive range, and choosing the level of intensity that supports healing rather than aggravation.

  • While these vibrational tools can be helpful for recovery and relaxing muscles after a hard workout, they will not improve mobility, deeply hydrate our tissues, or promote lasting pain relief pain. The vibration floods our spinal cord with stimuli, temporarily shutting off our pain receptors (a scientific concept called Gate Control Theory). Meaning, they only "work" because it tricks our nervous system into blocking the pain signal for a time frame (which is why you likely keep having to come back to it every day or after every run).

If you’re experiencing aches and pains during your workouts, Roller Remedy will help you tackle the root cause and give you relief that lasts!

  • You are likely familiar with the concept of “rolling” on your roller. While this style can. warm up your tissue before a workout or break up a few superficial adhesions in your fascia, it will NOT affect deep layers of fascia or create lasting change.

This program will show you how to use a roller (as well as other recovery tools) as a tool for compression and how to move strategically to create effective results that last. No “rolling” will be happening here!

  • There is a 30 day money back guarantee! A few weeks is enough time for you to feel unmistakable results, so please reach out within 30 days of purchase if you feel this isn't for you and you'll receive a full refund. Simply email me at movementbyjulia@gmail.com

  • Yes, absolutely.

Many people assume that if pain has been around for years, or if no one has been able to “figure it out,” it must require hands-on treatment to change. In reality, fascia responds extremely well to consistent, well-applied input, even when that work is done independently.

Your body doesn’t require constant outside intervention. It requires the right kind of stimulus and the opportunity to adapt. That’s exactly what these programs are designed to provide.

That said, self-guided work isn’t passive. Progress comes from showing up consistently and paying attention as you work. Learning what areas respond, how your body changes over time, and which inputs are actually helpful is part of the process. This awareness is often what leads to lasting results, not just temporary relief.

Many people are surprised by how much change they can create on their own once they understand how to work with their fascia. The testimonials you’ll see throughout this page reflect that experience. These programs are built to give you the tools, structure, and guidance to make meaningful progress at home, on your own schedule.

Lose Your Low Back Pain: 14 Day Course

The vast majority of low back pain doesn’t actually originate in the low back. That’s one reason it’s so common—and so often misunderstood.

If you’ve been relentlessly stretching your hamstrings and glutes, getting massage or chiropractic work on your spine, worrying about herniated or degenerated discs, or even aggressively working your back with tools like a Theragun, you’ve probably noticed the relief doesn’t last. That’s because the place you feel pain is different from what’s causing the problem!

This 14-day “mini” course guides you through lesser-known areas of the body that are directly connected to low back pain. By addressing restricted fascia in these contributing regions, it can finally be possible to experience fast and lasting relief.

With short, easy-to-follow routines, you’ll learn how to work with your fascia in a way that restores mobility, reduces tension, and supports better movement overall. In just two weeks, you’ll begin addressing the root patterns behind your pain so you can move through your day with more ease and return to the activities you enjoy.

This course includes:

✅ 14 daily fascia release videos (simple, effective, only a foam roller and massage ball needed)
✅ Bonus tutorials on ideal sitting positions and proper breathing mechanics
✅ Lifetime access
