The ULTIMATE nervous system reset
Almost two years ago, a burnt-out and mentally exhausted me signed up for a “healing your inner child” retreat in San Diego. The whole focus was about creating connection, space, and freedom within ourselves.
We were up at 7 a.m. doing breathwork, clearing limiting beliefs and releasing stored emotions by lunch, and spent four full days putting in the work to heal both body and mind.
On day two, in walked Dr. Monica Lesslie. She told us she would be guiding us through a nervous system reset called Cortical Field Re-education (CFR), something I'd never heard of.
Honestly? I didn’t think it was doing much at first. With eyes closed, we were doing these tiny movements that were so gentle and subtle that I wasn’t even sure if I was “doing it right.” But by the end of the session, I was absolutely floored. I had moved through waves of emotion, and had unlocked a level of mobility I didn't know was possible—so easy, so relaxed, so complete. When it came time to share my experience, I was so overcome with the freedom I felt in my body that I just burst into happy tears.
Something about that moment struck a chord with Monica. The very next day, she tearily confided in me about her own battle with stubborn low back pain. Despite having access to some of the best practitioners in California, nothing had given her lasting relief.
I couldn’t help myself. I said: “Please, you helped me so much. Let me step on you!”
And the reverse experience happened: The Fascia Remedy work left her with so much relief, she was blown away.
We locked eyes (in that creepily intense way you do when you’ve been doing personal development work for three straight days) and had a total Stepbrothers moment:
That was the “aha” moment. What if we combined our two methods—her nervous system rewiring work with my fascia release? What would happen if we spoke directly to BOTH of the body’s communication systems at the same time?
Fast forward two years, and it’s finally happening.
Introducing our virtual, 3 part workshop: The NeuroFascia Integration Series—the first of its kind.
This is more than a movement reset. It’s a nervous system reset. Together, Monica and I are blending fascia release + neuroplasticity techniques so your body doesn’t just feel looser for a day or two—it actually remembers how to move and function differently.
Here’s a taste of what you’ll experience:
Release tension and adhesions through targeted fascia work
Rewire your nervous system so old movement patterns don’t come back
Restore freedom to your hips, spine, feet, ankles, shoulders, and more
Feel more comfortable and at home in your body—physically and emotionally
The combination is powerful, lasting, and unlike anything else out there. Truly—NOTHING ELSE LIKE THIS EXISTS.
You can join a single session or the full three-part series. And don’t worry if you can’t make it live—everything will be recorded, and you’ll have lifetime access.

Monica and I have been dreaming about this collaboration since the day we met. To say I’m excited is an understatement—I cannot wait to see the transformations that come out of this series!!
P.S. Both fascia and your nervous system want to change—but they need the right kind of input to do it. This series is designed to give your body that reset—so the relief, mobility, and peace you feel actually lasts.

A nervous system reset is a process that helps the body move out of stress, tension, and protective patterns and into a more regulated state. When the nervous system feels safer, the body can often access better mobility, less pain, and more ease in movement.
-
The nervous system plays a major role in how the body experiences tension, restriction, and pain. When it is stuck in protective mode, muscles and fascia often stay guarded, which can limit mobility and keep discomfort patterns going.
-
Cortical Field Re-education, or CFR, is a gentle neuroplasticity-based approach that uses small movements to help the brain update old patterns and improve how the body moves. It is designed to support nervous system regulation, mobility, and more efficient movement.
-
Yes. Fascia release can help reduce adhesions and improve tissue glide, while nervous system work can help the body stop returning to the same protective patterns. Together, these approaches can create changes that feel more lasting and integrated.
-
Absolutely. Physical tension and emotional stress are deeply connected in the body. When the nervous system begins to regulate more effectively, many people notice not only improved movement and less pain, but also a greater sense of calm, relief, and ease.
