Reset your nervous system!

Just a quick reminder that Session 2 of the NeuroFascia Integration Series is out now — and we cannot wait to dive into the feet + ankles with you.

  • Yes. Nervous system work can help reduce protective tension patterns that often contribute to foot pain, plantar fasciitis, and lower-leg discomfort. When combined with fascia release, it can support better movement, less restriction, and more ease through the feet and ankles.

  • The feet and ankles are the foundation of how the body moves and absorbs force. When they are restricted, unstable, or not moving well, that tension can travel up the chain and contribute to calf tightness, hip tension, and low back discomfort.

  • Absolutely. Better ankle mobility can improve balance, walking mechanics, squat depth, and overall lower-body function. When the ankles move more freely, the rest of the body often has an easier time moving with control and efficiency.

  • Yes. Fascia release can help improve tissue glide, hydration, and circulation in the lower legs. This can be especially helpful for people dealing with stiff ankles, tight calves, repeated ankle sprains, or chronic lower-leg tension.

  • Often, yes. Tools like a lacrosse ball and foam roller can help apply more targeted pressure to the tissues of the feet, calves, and ankles. When used correctly, they can make self-release work more effective and help improve mobility and comfort.
