Are you a wellness professional, bodyworker, fitness instructor, or coach? Or maybe you’re a movement enthusiast who just loves diving deep into how the body really works—and how to optimize health and longevity. Either way, fascia work is one of the most powerful (and most overlooked) tools you can add to your toolbox.

This is the frontier of pain relief, mobility, and performance. While most approaches chase symptoms, properly addressing fascia gives us a way to uncover root causes, accelerate recovery, and create results that actually last. And because fascia also stores stress, trauma, and emotions, learning to work with it enables us to go beyond helping just the physical body—we’re unlocking real freedom.

Whether you want to expand your professional expertise or simply feel more at home in your own body, check out the options below to learn how to apply these principles in ways that are effective, accessible, and immediately useful.

This is the 1st of 3 PRE REC courses required if you want to take The Fascia Release Specialist certification or apply for The Bodywork Mastery Program

  • Fascia First is about uncovering the body’s most overlooked system—the fascial system. This hidden web of connective tissue is stronger than steel, more sensitive than muscle, and smarter than we ever imagined! It's time to retire old models of understanding the body and tap into the system that truly holds our potential to move freely. Once you understand its impact on movement, global health, and even our emotional state, you’ll see healing in a completely new light.

    In this course, you’ll learn:

    • Fascia's biological building blocks and its fascinating, little know functions in the body

    • How healthy vs. unhealthy fascia impacts pain, posture, hormones, mobility, injury, disease and performance

    • Why fascia is key to both physical and emotional resilience

    • Practical methods to restore fascial health for lasting results

Why it’s impactful: Fascia bridges the gap between body and mind, symptoms and root causes, temporary relief and lasting healing.

This is the 2nd of 3 PRE REC courses if you’d like to become a certified practitioner (you must take Fascia First: Rethinking Pain, Performance and Recovery first.)

    • How to properly use these techniques, how often to apply them, and how to combine and program them together for the best long-term results.

    • Identify and assess fascial tension patterns in your own body (and your clients’) to uncover the real sources of restriction and imbalance.

    • Decode the root causes of common pain—from low back and hip tension to shoulder stiffness and neck pain—so you can quickly restore mobility, improve performance, and feel freedom in your body again.

    • Integrate fascia-based techniques into your existing work to elevate your coaching, practice, or classes and help clients get faster, longer-lasting results.

    • Develop a deeper connection with the body’s intelligence, learning how to use movement and fascia release as tools to regulate stress, calm the nervous system, and support whole-body healing.

    • Health coaches looking for a deeper, science-backed approach to recovery and pain management.

The Bodywork Mastery Program

Upgrade your practice with cutting edge fascia bodywork! As a Fascia Remedy bodywork practitioner, you'll harness the power of targeted fascia release to heal dysfunction and pain across the fascial, musculoskeletal, and nervous systems. By using your body weight (mainly via the feet) to apply pressure and guiding clients through active movement, you can help create the most ideal environment for the body to heal itself.

This key combination of engaging multiple systems simultaneously and working in the right areas of the fascia to restore balance is what quickly interrupts compensation patterns and unwinds tension for lasting change.

This work can reverse years of chronic pain and stress, put you in touch with your body and its many messages in a powerful new way, and allow you and your clients to move through life with confidence and ease.

FAQs

  • They vary to state to state. In Colorado, you may practice under the "alternative methods that employ contact" law (Section 4: 12-35.5-110).

Please check regulations for your state! In most US states, as long as you avoid using the term “therapy” to label this work (unless you are already licensed with another modality), you are allowed to practice.

  • Yes. If you are already a personal trainer, physical therapist, massage therapist, yoga instructor, or Crossfit coach, you likely already have insurance that The Fascia Remedy work will fall under.

If not, I recommend insurance called Hands on Trade (it's currently only $180 per year).

  • You will be able to take 1:1 clients in-person (depending on your state regulations) or virtually and will be able to teach recovery tool classes. You will be able to offer powerful bodywork techniques, self-help foam rolling techniques, and postural re-alignment exercises that help aches/pains, posture, mobility issues, stress/energy blocks, athletic performance, and more.
