Did you hear?!

The series many of you have been asking about is officially here!

On March 27th, Dr. Monica Lesslie and I are launching the NeuroFascia Integration Series: Face, Jaw & Neck — a virtual, guided three-week experience designed to help improve circulation, posture, and tension patterns in some of the most overlooked areas of the body.

Over the past year, I’ve had more requests for face and jaw fascia work than almost anything else, so I’m so genuinely excited to finally bring this series together.

Working with fascia in the face, jaw, and neck requires a different approach than the techniques I teach for the rest of the body. We obviously can’t just press a lacrosse ball into our forehead and hope for the best, you know?

The tissues in these areas are smaller, more delicate, and deeply connected to circulation, lymphatic drainage, posture, and the nervous system. That means the techniques have to be much more precise — but when done correctly, they can be incredibly effective.

Self-work can be SO powerful in these areas, my friend. When you understand where to apply the right pressure and how to move fluid through these tissues, you can work on these areas anytime you like — without needing to rely on someone else to help resolve tension or congestion.

Inside this series, we combine two approaches:

• Fascial self-release routines to help stimulate circulation, rehydrate and release tissue, and support lymphatic drainage
• CFR (Cortical Field Re-education) lessons with Dr. Monica to help the brain update movement patterns, reduce unnecessary tension in the neck and upper body, and even release emotions that may be stored here. (Anyone else store their stress in their traps?)

Together, these practices can help address many of the issues people commonly experience in this region, including:

  • Jaw clenching and TMJ discomfort

  • Headaches and neck tension

  • Forward-head posture, text neck, and that little, not-so-cute “hump” at the base of your neck

  • Tight traps that feel like little cement bricks

  • Dull and dry skin/scalp

(When circulation improves and the fascial layers in this region begin to glide more freely, you often notice additional “aesthetic”changes too — brighter skin, reduced puffiness around the face and eyes, and healthier hair and scalp circulation.)

In many ways, the body needs to function like an aquarium pump and filter system — blood flow, fascial water, and lymphatic drainage need to keep moving.

When those systems stagnate (which can easily happen with desk work, screens, and stress), tissues become dry, congested, and restricted.

The practices in this series are designed to gently help turn that system back on and get everything flowing!

Inside the program you’ll receive:

  • 3 guided fascia routines with me (pre-corded, released weekly for 3 weeks)

  • 3 CFR lessons with Dr. Monica (pre-corded, released weekly)

  • LIVE weekly Q&A calls for questions and integration

  • Bonus lessons on posture support, gua sha, and additional CFR and fascia work

  • Lifetime access to the entire series

The series begins March 27th, with new lessons released each week so everyone can move through the material at a shared, intentional pace.

If you’ve been curious about improving posture, reducing neck tension and headaches, or simply helping your body recover from years of desk life, this is a great place to start.

We’d love to have you with us!

  • This series is for anyone dealing with tension, restriction, or congestion in the face, jaw, neck, and upper shoulders. It can be especially supportive for people experiencing jaw clenching, TMJ discomfort, headaches, neck tension, forward-head posture, or that “stuck” feeling that often comes from stress and desk life.

  • Yes. The series is designed to be approachable and guided, even if you are completely new to fascia work or CFR. Because the face, jaw, and neck are more delicate areas, the lessons focus on precise, gentle techniques that help you work with these tissues safely and effectively.

  • The tissues in these areas are smaller, more sensitive, and deeply connected to circulation, lymphatic drainage, posture, and the nervous system. Because of that, the techniques need to be much more specific and intentional. When done correctly, this work can be incredibly effective for reducing tension and improving how the area feels and functions.

  • This work can support much more than tension relief. As circulation improves and the fascial layers begin to glide more freely, many people also notice benefits like reduced puffiness, brighter skin, improved scalp health, better posture, and less overall congestion in the face, jaw, and neck.

  • Not at all. One of the most empowering parts of this series is learning how to work with these areas on your own. When you understand how to apply the right pressure and support fluid movement through the tissues, you can use these techniques anytime you need them.
