The Fascia Remedy Bodywork Mastery Program

Ignite Your Natural Healing Ability, Unlock Your Movement, Unleash Your Athletic Potential

Upgrade your practice with cutting edge fascia bodywork! As a Fascia Remedy bodywork practitioner, you'll harness the power of targeted fascia release to heal dysfunction and pain across the fascial, musculoskeletal, and nervous systems. By using your body weight (mainly via the feet) to apply pressure and guiding clients through active movement, you can help create the most ideal environment for the body to heal itself.

This key combination of engaging multiple systems simultaneously and working in the right areas of the fascia to restore balance is what quickly interrupts compensation patterns and unwinds tension for lasting change.

This work can reverse years of chronic pain and stress, put you in touch with your body and its many messages in a powerful new way, and allow you and your clients to move through life with confidence and ease.

Start your journey in Level 1 of the Bodywork Mastery Program to discover this “best-kept secret” for true healing and transformation!

Here's what you'll be learning in Level 1:

🔸What fascia is and the critical roles it plays in pain, mobility issues, and plateaus in athletic performance

🔸How to effectively release fascia and reset poor movement patterns

🔸How to assess both yourself and clients through alignment and connected fascial lines

🔸Simple but “magical” pain patterns for quickly addressing low back pain, knee pain, hip pain, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, upper back pain, shoulder pain, elbow pain, and neck pain

🔸A deeper understanding of the mind/body connection and the nervous system’s effect on pain (so that you can create an ideal environment for your client's healing and improve their resilience to stress responses)

🔸12 powerful bodywork techniques for head to toe relief

🔸6 posture exercises to help support fast re-education of structural movements

🔸How to effectively run both a one-on-one session in person and virtually to enable you to help others locally and from afar

By the end of Level 1 you will:

  • You will be able to take 1:1 clients in-person (depending on your state regulations), virtually, and will be able to teach recovery tool classes. Please check regulations for your state! Usually, as long as you avoid using the term “therapy” to label this work (unless you are already licensed with another modality), you are allowed to practice.

  • Yes. If you are already a personal trainer, physical therapist, massage therapist, yoga instructor, or Crossfit coach, you likely already have insurance that The Fascia Remedy work will fall under.

If not, I recommend insurance called Hands on Trade (it's currently only $180 per year).
